What a busy week!

P1 have impressed us with thier artistic skills when they made thier fair trade flowers. They were all beautiful and certainly brightened up the class, so it was very difficult to choose only 2 winners, well done to Bobbi and Brodie for winning the fair trade chocolate lollies.

'Buying fair trade flowers means the farmers that grow them get more money.' Brodie

'Chocolate and coffee and bananas are things that fair trade farmers grow.' Hannah

World Book Day was celebrated on Thursday. It was great to hear about favourite books from home.

'My favourite book is Room on the Broom and my favourite but is when the dragon roars! I like to roar too when I read it with mummy.' Ruby

'My book is about lots of girls who do exciting and important things. They are real stories.'
Eva

'I love wolves like my wolf called cookie so I like this story about Brenda the Sheep. It is funny because Brenda is a wolf, not really a sheep but she just pretends.' Lily Rh

At play this week we have been showing how well we can listen to each other and share.

' I wanted to use the Lego bits and he shared with me. ' Luke

' We made it together and shared '

' I wanted the glue but there was just one so we shared it and took turns.' Mia
