What an amazing way to end the term (almost) with a fun filled Wednesday afternoon celebrating Easter!

The boys and girls took part in an egg rolling competition which we learned is part of the Scottish traditions at Easter time and symbolises the rolling away of the boulder from Jesus' tomb! We also learned that we use the force push to move our eggs and that the grass causes more friction because it is a bumpy surface!

We then took part in an Easter Egg Hunt! We had to find all the eggs and solve some numeracy questions to find our next clues! We also remembered that this is part of the American Easter tradition, where egg hunts take place at the White House each year. We worked together as a team to complete his task. Miss Haverstock and Miss Gordon were super impressed with all of the boys and girls for working together and showing respect to each other!

After all that egg-citment we headed back into class for some pin the tail on the bunny and treats!

Well done to everyone for their hardwork this term and I hope everyone has a fantastic break!
