Primary 1 have been spectacularly spooky and creepily clever as they have been exploring their learning opportunities and enjoying fun activities. They were creating spooky patterns and some were making their own character puppets.
We explored our emotions using pumpkin faces.  Everyone was able to draw a face that represented a different emotion and talk about what makes them feel excited, angry, happy, sad or upset.
Primary 1 also enjoyed making their own ghost biscuits as special treat.

’My pumpkin is angry.’ Anna
’My pumpkin is happy, see his smile.’ Zack
‘My pumpkin is so upset, maybe someone has been mean.’ Brooke
‘My pumpkin is happy like me!’ Aiden
‘My pattern goes pumpkin, skull, pumpkin, skull, pumpkin, skull.’ Emma S
‘Pumpkin, bat, skull, pumpkin, bat, skull, pumpkin, bat, skull...that’s mine’ Brodie C
‘I did bat, pumpkin, pumpkin, bat, pumpkin, pumpkin then bat and two more pumpkins.’ Beau
