It's been a very successful week at Forth. The boys and girls have been rehearsing for Ham & Jam and are sounding brilliant. A huge thank you to Miss Gordon for leading the choir. Miss Gordon you are a rock star!

Congratulations to all the children who received certificates and recognition at the assembly this morning, led by Mr Thomson. We are very proud of you and your achievements.

A couple of things to draw parent's attention to -
  • The school will be collecting the ALDI stickers, so if you have any please can you hand them into the office or send in with your child, we'd appreciate it.
  • We have painting taking place on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon in the nursery and as a result the  2 nursery sessions will take place in the gym hall. We look forward to having a lighter and brighter space.
  • We has a visit from Carole Wright, Early Years Quality Link Officer today. She was incredibly impressed with the nursery environment and couldn't praise the nursery team enough for the progress and improvement she is seeing. She has said she'd like others to come and visit our nursery which is really encouraging and it reinforces all the hard work of the team, well done.
  • Macmillan Coffee morning, led by P7 and Miss Dunlop, is taking place on Wednesday all welcome Pupils are invited to wear green in support (this is completely optional).
A reminder, it is the long weekend next weekend, so school will break for 4 days, starting on Thursday at 3pm.
