Good Morning All

I hope everyone is refreshed after the Easter holidays and managing to keep safe.

It is important parents and children look after our wellbeing during these difficult times.  I thought this week we could think about our self-esteem and breathing techniques. 

I have posted a worksheet you can copy and share your personal strengths with each other focusing on things you can do well and make you proud.  I have then shared two mindful minutes cards for you to try, in a hope it relaxes you and allows you to focus on breathing techniques.
