Good Morning All
I hope you enjoyed your long weekend and are feeling refreshed. I went a lovely long walk with my daughter Rebecca and it made us feel relaxed and peaceful. We saw lambs in the fields and I was aware how very quiet it was on out walk. It made us smile. 😀
It also made me think of all the different emotions I have been feeling recently, both positive and negative. I then decided to put these onto our four cog Emotion Works approach. I wonder if you could link a feeling from your weekend into the Emotion Works four cog approach and share it on your class teams chat for friends and teachers to see.
