This afternoon, Primary 3 were working hard to learn about 'Islam'. We discussed how important it is to respect all world religions, even if you don't believe the same thing.

Today, we looked at who founded the Islam faith and where it originated. The children listened incredibly carefully and learnt that 'Allah' is the name of the Islamic God and he sent prophets instead of disciples. We were able to compare some similarities between Islam and Christianity.

The children then cut a map of places where the Islamic faith originated and created a jigsaw in pairs.

As always, fantastic work Primary 3. I am very proud of you all and I cannot wait to see you tomorrow.
