Natural Disasters

 As part or our topic, we are learning about natural disasters. This week in Primary Four we have been learning how to carry out research.  

We have been watching information videos and taking notes, using the internet, looking in books and asking friends and family about their experiences or knowledge of natural disasters. 

Then we worked in teams to talk about what we have learnt and share it with others. After that everyone added information they have found onto mind maps.

We have started exploring earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, landslides, drought, hurricanes and volcanoes.  We can’t wait to find out more!
