The boys and girls in the Butterfly Room are focusing on a new context all about owls.
The younger children are exploring Owl Babies story and this week were creating fact files about owls and discussing all about non fiction. They then shared what activity they would do with which owl from the story if they visited us in our fantastic Nurture Room.
The older children are reading The Owl who was Afraid of the Dark, focusing on a chapter at a time. This week we read Dark is Exciting and Dark is Kind, they focused thereideas on how to help Plop be excited about the Dark and shared happy memories with each other. Fantastic work from everyone, keep it up!
