Please remember that if your child's 5th birthday falls on or before 28 February 2021, and you live within Forth Primary School's catchment area, your child is due to start Primary 1 in August 2020. Parents/guardians, must attend the school to complete the application with Mrs Wood, the Headteacher next week.
Please remember to bring along your child's full birth certificate and 2 pieces of recent official documentation, containing your permanent home address. For example a utility bill, Council Tax statement or child benefit documentation.
