Ahead of next week's 'Maths Week' in Scotland, we used our ipad time on Wednesday to challenge ourselves and each other in some online Maths and Numeracy games.

Cerys and Mirren H "We were doing a Maths test and using our whiteboards to help us with the workings."

Jake, Julie-Anne and Kai were all challenging each other in a Sum Dog show down!

Noah and Anya were taking it in turns to beat their score on Sum Dog too.

Mirren M and Teigan were doing timed Mental Maths challenges and timing themselves writing numbers in the correct formation.

All classes have signed up for a Sum Dog competiton next week so can I please encourage P3/4 to log in at home too. For the score to count, the Maths Week Scotland activity must be showing in the green panel on the left of the screen at the start of each game. Points will be collected on correct answers.
We need at least 5 children to engage with the competition to appear on the score board... so come on P3/4 let's get our name up on that board with lots of points! smiley

Have a lovely long weekend everyone!
