As part of our Scotland focus this term we have been looking at Edinburgh and especially Edinburgh Castle.
Through our research some of the children discovered Edinburgh rock and were intrigued as to what it tasted like.
Safe to say it went down well! Lots of different flavours and textures but was definitely a winner.
