Primary 5 have been busy learning about The Titanic in preparation for their trip to the Tall Ship on Monday.
This morning, they looked at real examples of newspapers printed on the days after the tragedy happened. They will use these as a guide when writing their own newspaper reports next week.
This afternoon, in groups they presented posters that they have been working on over the past few weeks. Each group selected either 1st, 2nd, 3rd Class or Crew Members to research and then create a poster presentation about.
I’m sure all of this knowledge will be very beneficial for their workshops on board the Tall Ship.
