Today we had an amazing experience when we visited the Sky Academy Studios along with
P6. Our 3 groups all went into different studios and produced a news report all about Extreme Weather. We had roles as Producers, Directors, Script Writers, Camera Operators, Editors and Presenters. Everyone took their roles very seriously and did a fantastic job.
Near the end we had a tour around Sky and got to see lots of people at work. We learned about the huge number of different jobs with Sky and were surprised at how many there were.
Before we left we got to watch each others' news reports and were given a lanyard with a QR code so we can watch them again and share them with family and friends.
Mrs Hutchinson thinks that there are some budding Sky employees among us!
It was a great experience that we will never forget.
