Primary 6 have again been completing different experiments.
Their job this time was to separate a variety of mixtures which had accidentally gotten mixed with each other.
Katie, "The first task my group did was to separate flour from raisins and we used a sieve to do that."

Cameron, "My favourite experiment was when we separated paper clips and rice. We used a magnet to do this."
John, "My favourite experiment was separating the flour from the raisins because it was fun."
Leah, "We are waiting for the salt and water that were mixed to separate using evaporation."
We also learned that ink in pens can be separated into its different colours using chromatography and that alcohol is separated from water using distillation.
