Primary 7 were set a challenge to create circuits for each other. They had to decide on what each station would involve and what areas of our bodies it would work on.
Each group will take it in turns in the coming weeks to lead the PE lesson and set up and explain each station before guiding them through.
The first group did it this week and were a huge success! They were able to use a range of equipment and activities to keep the class busy.
Everybody enjoyed the circuits and said they even found some challenging but enjoyable!
