For the first 6 weeks of Primary 2 we are implementing a new SLC literacy programme FLIPP. This focusses on various aspects of literacy using stories, songs and rhymes. The theme of this week is Fairyland so far looking at Jack and the Beanstalk, Humpty Dumpty, The Three Bears and Each, Peach, Pear, Plum.
As well as literacy learning we have linked other curricular areas including numeracy (number sequence beanstalks), wall building (STEM) and Health and Wellbeing (making beanstalk snacks).
