In class this week we have been learning lots!
As part of the Developing the Young Workforce we talked about what jobs we would like to do when we are older and some of the skills that we might need to do these jobs! Miss Haverstock was very impressed by some of the jobs that the class would like to do i.e. nurse, vets, carers and we even had a few ninjas as well!
We finished our Acrostic Poems on Friends and have displayed these on our Frienship wall as well as on the glass room window! Well done to everyone for trying their hardest to make sure they had fantastic handwriting!
In numeracy we have practiced multiplying and dividing by 2! What superstars the whole class have been! Well done everyone! We started a new class game as well called Around the World which helps us to practice our knowledge of our times tables!
I hope everyone has had a fantastic (short) week at school and I am looking forward to next week when we will be moving on to new topics in writing and in numeracy!
