We also had a Mindfulness afternoon which involved us doing a range of talking activities about thoughts, feelings and actions. We completed some written/colouring activities which included writing about ourselves and the things we are good at/proud of. We then had 15 minutes of physical activities that involved breathing exercise and sensory activities. A great way to end our busy, tiring, exciting week!
