This week in science Primary 4 were learning about inheritance and discussed what characteristics people inherit from their parents. We discussed things like eye colour, hair colour and height. Then we explored all the possible combinations of characteristics children might inherit from their parents using Mr Men. We had to try and give possible options for what their children might look like. We were suprised at how different they could look even though they had the same parents. We then had a go at drawing our own Mr Men and Little Miss characters and made sure our characters inherited some of their parents' characterisitics.
