Primary 4 were doing lots of learning about Scotland this week. We used Oor Wulllie comic strips to learn about some Scots words and created our own Oor Wullie comic strips too! We had a fantastic time at our ceilidh on Wednesday doing our Scottish dances and we loved sitting down for our snack afterwards with some shortbread from P3 and the oatcakes we had baked on Tuesday. Well done to our award winners this week, Millie, Arran, Jessica and Anya and also to our two Scottish poetry winners too!
Callie- "I loved baked the oatcakes because it was very messy!"
Ollie- "I enjoyed the ceilidh because it was lots of fun."
Ernestas- "I liked making the oatcakes because it was messy and delicious. I ate all of mine."
