Dear Parent/Carer,
I would like to thank all of our parents and carers for the responsible manner in which you have been parking your cars. We made the decision to ensure the safety of all of our stakeholders by encouraging all drivers to park and stride to the school with their children. There are a number of parking areas outwith the school carpark that can be used to help minimise the amount of cars in our staff car park. By parking in one of the staff spaces it can occasionally mean that one of our staff members may not be able to gain a parking space.
Furthermore, please ensure that you are using the footpaths around the school perimeter rather than crossing the road with your child. This will also get your child into good habits in using footpaths rather than taking a shortcut across the road.
Our drop off area has been temporarily suspended to help aid social distancing for our families at drop off and pick up times.
Finally our disabled parking spaces are for families who have a visible disabled badge. As normal we would appreciate it if you could clearly display this on your dashboard.
