We recapped our knowledge of connectives and conjunctions by creating Winter inspired sentences.
Collaboratively we created a pile of snowballs, each filled with a different connective or conjunction. We then used our snowballs to glue our sentences and ideas together to create a connective snowman.
The snowman shape really helped us to visualise the connective and further our understanding of the value of them in sentences.
Developing this, we created a comic strip recount of our trip to the Church which included time connectives to structure and sequence our writing.
