Springtime!

This week in the nursery all the of pods have been learning about springtime and the sorts of things we can see at this time of year. We've been doing lots of fun activities to explore flowers such as learning the names of the parts of a flower, drawing flowers in chalk outdoors, painting flowers, creating flower suncatchers and even planting some of our own! We've also learned about the baby animals which are being born at this time of the year that we might be able to spot in the fields soon, and matching up the mummy animals to the baby animals. Some of us have also created chick pictures and have been learning a chicken song!
