In Primary 2 we have continued to follow the adventures of Hamish McHaggis and friends. This week they took us on a journey in their 'Whirry Bang' to a battle re-enactment at Stirling Castle.

We found out lots of fun things about our history and who William Wallace was!

We then decided to create our own tartan patterns and designs, carefully using a ruler to draw straight lines. This was a little bit tricky but we tried our best and we think they look fantastic!

Finally we worked in groups to build our own Whirry Bangs which would take us on even more adventures around Scotland.
