Terrific Tally Marks and Teamwork

P1 were shocked to find that when the fairies had returned the little animals to the forest there had been more litter dropped 😱! P1 wanted to collect information about what had been dropped in the forest.
We talked about tally marks and how they can be used to collect data, then we displayed data gathered in a graph for us to read more easily. 

Also this week, p1 were outdoors using their teamwork and communication skills as they explored the loose parts.
