Primary 7 have had a fantastic day learning how to make truffles. Firstly, we had use our numeracy skills to calculate the ingredient amounts for different portion sizes. Then we had to follow a recipe with set instructions to create our totally tasty truffs.
After cleaning up and doing the dishes we sat down to enjoy one of our tasty treats. If you were lucky enough to get any of our extra truffles we hope you enjoyed!
Primary 7 were totally 'truffed' with how they turned out and will be bringing home the recipe so they can try again at home soon.
Earlier in the week, we also had the chance to catch up with our P1 buddies for some paired reading. The Primary 7 pupils were outstanding as always, showing themselves to be confident individuals and responsible citizens.
