What a fantastic first week back we have had in Primary 2/3!
Miss Haverstock and Miss Smith have been so impressed with how all the boys and girls have settled back into school and how well they have managed to work this week.
This week we looked at the School Value Respect and talked about how we can show we are being respectful to others in and outside of school.
We have also talked about kindness and how we can do little acts of kindness at home, in school and in the community. We now have our very own kindness tree to hang our leaves of kindness on!
We also looked at Fairtrade and the difference between a want and a need. We learned that Fairtrade helps those workers in different countries to be able to get better paid for the hard work that they do.
We also drew our own emojis to show how we have felt about coming back to school.
Well done to everyone this week for the hard work and for managing to make it through our first week back to "normality".
