It has been a busy week in Primary 4!

We were making pancakes, we added sugar, baking powder, salt, self-raising flour and syrup.  I felt excited when we were making them. Aly

We were doing science this week about the human body.  We had lots of fun doing the experiments. Eva

We mixed 2 dry Weetabix, with orange juice then we put it in some tights and squeezed it out. Sarah

We were learning about how the digestive system works.  I had fun learning about it, we got to see how the body absorbs all of the goodness that it needs from the foods and then waste product at the end was the poop! Lucy

We have also been learning about our times tables and I know that I can switch round the question to make it easier eg. 9x5 is the same as 5x9. Ruby

We have been using arrays to help us to picture our times tables questions. Aly

We have been learning about the organs in the human body.  We have learnt about the skin, heart and the small and large intestine so far. Hannah

The weight of an average human heart is 7-15oz. Eva

I was really happy that I had a solo on stage today.  I felt excited and proud.  The rest of my class were really good too. Harley

I learnt that counting in my 2s, 5s and 10s are really helpful for knowing the answers to my times tables questions. Megan

The primary 7s came into our class to teach us about forces.  I had a great time. Eva

A fully grown heart is the size of an adult’s fist. Ethan
