When I grow up...

This week we have been learning about the world of work.  We have been learning about the different jobs that people do and what skills are required to be successful in the role.

Our sharing the learning session with P7 also reminded us that we can do any job we want, as long as we have the skills it doesn't matter if you are a boy or a girl.

'I know that because I am a girl and I want to be a soldier and so does Evan.' Lucy

'Boys can be teachers too.'

'When I grow up I want to be a soldier like my daddy.  I can look after people.' Evan

'I want to be a builder and use an excavator.' Luke

'I want to be a teacher and help boys and girls to learn new things.' Katie

'I want to be a hot tub delivery driver so that I can go and work with my daddy and help him.'  Hannah

'I want to be a firefighter to I can help people.' Elliot

'I want to be a pilot so I can fly all over the world.' Lily Rh
