We all had a great time on Thursday celebrating World Book Day. We loved coming to school in our cosy pyjamas and taking part in all of the different activities.
Huge thanks to Mrs Bell, Miss Small and our reading ambassadors for the activities they planned for us. We enjoyed the calm and comfy reading time for our 'Cosy Up and Read Time' and had great fun at the Book Buffet. It was great fun 'tossing' the books and using the tools.
In class we made our own scenes from either our favourite books or for a story of our own. Some of us even combined a mix of stories together.. lots of Roald Dahl books all coming together! The imaginations were on fire today.
We also had a very special guest in the class with us today..... Chip the Seagull! He was a great addition to the class and the children loved the novelty of him being there. He was so well behaved he even got his own sticker at the end of the day 😂
