On Wednesday we learned why we 'Remember Rember the 5th of November' with fireworks and a bonfire. Ask us about Guy Fawkes and his failed plot and we will be able to tell you what a dispicable person he was! We then made our own bonfires by painting our hands- they look amazing!
On Thursday we learned how to use Onomatopoeia and then linked this into the fireworks theme. WHIZZ, BOOM, WHOOSH!
We have started our new class Novel this week, 'The Boy Who Made the World Disappear'. The main character Harrison has a terrible temper and we were shocked to find out that he doesn't know how to show respect like we do in P3/4.
However, the most exciting news from P3/4 this week is... When Mrs Wood came to see our writing lesson on Wednesday, she was SO IMPRESSED that she gave us all a well-deserved Head Teacher's Award!
