This week has been British Science Week and, with a huge thanks to the STEM Team and Mrs Hutchinson, we were provided with a range of activities to explore Science and Technology.
On Tuesday, we learnt about Binary Coding and how this is used to program computers. We were then able to try put Binary Coding for ourselves and create messages for one another to decode, building on our problem solving and creativity! The skills we manage to build on and develop every day are huge!
Today, we looked a ways to test our dominant side and we took note of our findings ... some of which were very interesting. The children had the opportunity to build on other skills e.g. working with others in doing so.
We cannot wait to share our learning with the whole school at our assembly tomorrow! Massive thank you to Mrs Hutchinson and the STEM team! We have loved this week.
