Fairtrade Fun!
Primary 1 have been learning all about Fairtrade, as part of Fairtrade fortnight. They made a banana plantation where they need to ensure the banana trees are watered and free from bugs. They looked at a bananas journey from tree to shop and sequenced this correctly. On the c touch they looked at where bananas come from and from what countries they grow. For our assembly on Friday we have recorded Fairtrade songs and even got to eat a Fairtrade banana,yum yum.
