This week, Primary 3, were encouraged by the Rights Respecting PLT to explore the article '31' (the right to have fun) and incorporate 31 minutes of time where the children can choose what they would like to do.
We started this today and, as you can see they had great fun. The children demonstrated a range of skills in doing so including: working with others, encouraging others, making decisions and respect as well as many others.
Here's what some of the children had to say:
Harper: "Fun 31 is about having fun!"
Brogan: "All of the kids brought in some stuff which they wanted to play with at fun 31. We all really enjoyed it!"
Thomas: "I like playing with my friends because they share with me and they play with me a lot. We also like to make games up together."
Fun 31 in P3!
