Primary 2/3 have been very busy this week looking at different aspects of health.

On Mindfulness Monday we thought about the things that make us feel happy and drew these with chalk outside in the playground.

On Teamwork Tuesday we worked with Miss Smith playing games like Shipwreck. We also had to pass through a hula hoop with our arms linked.

On Wellbeing Wednesday we spoke about what wellbeing means to us. We also designed our own lorries for Aldi's competition. W also thought of a new healthy snack too!

On Thinking Thursday we used our numeracy skills about tally marks and pictograms to create a pictogram of the different types of snacks that we had for our break. We found out that lots of people have lots of different things from fruit and veg to crackers! We also thought about the different activities we would like to do as part of our Sports Day on Tuesday. We decided on Duck Duck Goose and Musical Statues.

As part of Fitness Friday we have played games in P.E. including Donkey. Tig, Beanbag Races and Popcorn with the parachute! We had lots and lots of fun...but Miss Haverstock forgot to take photos!

We had a brilliant week learning about the different ways to be healthy!

I hope everyone has a great weekend and I will see you all on Monday!

Please note there will be no homework issued next week.
