On Friday afternoon, P1/2 and P3 enjoyed a collaboration to complete a paired reading challenge! We used some Biff, Chip and Kipper books to be 'text detectives' hunting for tricky words, words with double sounds and used diacritical marking to help us identify the double sounds. What a lot of skills on show including problem solving, leading and working with others as well as developing our skills within reading.
All the children worked so well together which was lovely to see. We also enjoyed watching some special videos from Grace's farm and seeing pictures of Ailidh's new puppy!
