This morning, Primary 6 were focusing on applying our skills in handwriting to a new context. Today, we looked at creating our own Valentine's Day cards. The children experienced plenty of enjoyment and choice; creating their own images/drawings for their cards and then they were also provided with calligraphy templates which they could copy to build on their handwriting skills.
In doing so, the children built on lots of our skills including; applying, creating and respect. As always, the children in Primary 6 demonstrated these skills fantastically.
I am forever proud of you all and hope you have the loveliest February long weekend. I look forward to seeing you all on Thursday.
