This week, Primary 6 have started a Writing Project called 'Island Adventure'. This week the children were set the task of designing their own map of the island, including a key, and a description of how they arrived there! What fantastic imagination they all have - some flew to their island, some parachuted and some were teleported! I was incredibly impressed with the number of descriptive phrases, exciting openers and complex vocabulary that the children had included. Their maps were also incredibly colourful and detailed.

They were all amazing and it was such a challenging decision to select just a few to post! I absolutely loved reading these and I have no doubt you will too.

Enjoy your weekend Primary 6 - you have all truly deserved it! I look forward to hearing from you all on Monday.
