Primary 1/2 have been learning about Scotland over the past two weeks. They have been exploring Scottish traditions, sharing Scottish facts and listening to Katie Morag stories. They worked as a terrific team to make a display all about Scotland outside our classroom. They also enjoyed Scottish country dancing with primary 1,where they learned the Military Two Step. Mrs Roberts, was VERY impressed with the dance moves.We even invited primary 3 to see our dancing and they then helped us learn the faster version of the Military Two Step. As a treat this afternoon they enjoyed a piece of shortbread for all the hard work in class and on the stage today for our Scottish Assembly! 🏴
