Primary 2 have had yet another fantastic week of learning.
They have been working hard to create their own sentences using our common words.
They continued to work on their gymnastic skills by learning the proper techniques for forward rolls, cartwheels and jumping safely. Across all learning activities, children showcased their skills of risk-taking, self-motivation and encouragement. What Confident Individuals and Effective Contributors!
This week, children also had the pleasure of working with Mrs Fifield, Mrs Orr and Mr Currie in the polytunnel. They learned how to plant a seed and care for it appropriately. We then used this knowledge to write instructions for 'How to Plant a Seed'.
Finally, some of the Primary 2 children had the opportunity to perform their dance from Dance Club to the rest of the school at assembly today. They were absolute superstars!
Well done, Primary 2!
